I am a massage therapist with over 17 years experience and offer aromatherapy, deep tissue, facial rejuvenation, holistic, hot stone and Thai massage. After completing my Cidesco diploma and Thai Massage qualification  in 2006, I travelled to Thailand to learn in depth at the TMC Thai  Massage school in Chang Mai. I have continued to add to my  qualifications over the years, going on to study aromatherapy, deep tissue and facial rejuvenation.

I’ve been a therapist at several five star spas including Gleneagles and The Grove, before joining  Neal’s Yard Remedies in 2012, where I worked as a product trainer specialising in aromatherapy, skincare and massage therapy until 2021. I went on to work as a mental health trainer and crisis support worker at the charity Hertfordshire Mind Network until 2023.

I am a freelance tutor for  Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and currently work as an Education Officer for the British Association of Dermatologists.

I am a fully insured therapist and a member of the ‘Federation of Holistic Therapists’
